Views on Distance Education from one of our Senior Counselor
Will the degree certificate help me in future or not? If yes, then which university to choose!! Which course to choose!!??? If the university is Govt approved or not??… These questions bother most of the students.
My name is Namita Singh, one of the senior counsellors at Distance Education School. I have been working here for the last 8 years. I hear all such questions on a daily basis from the students.Being a Student, giving your parents hard earned money in university would be difficult for you. If you are a working professional, it would be difficult for you to manage time for studies at the same time.
As a student, you might be looking for a university where you can find good placement assistance and live classes. You would be looking for a university where you do not need to go to the examination centre. You might be looking for a university which is WES approved through which you can apply in foreign universities as well. It becomes difficult to select one particular university where there are different alternatives
ABOUT Distance Education
Whereas Distance Education School provides UG/PG programs from UGC approved universities. Even, University Grant Commission (UGC) comes under Ministry of Education, Government of India. Whichever university you choose, it should be approved by UGC. If any university you choose is not approved by UGC, your degree would not be validated. It would be a waste of time and as well as your money. All the university gets the approval from the Govt (UGC) to offer degree programs for 5 years.
